Upenda Création items are considered hygiene products, no refunds are possible.

Our processing times are 1 to 3 business days depending on the time of year and demand. For personalized items, please allow 5 to 10 business days.
How do I care for the products?
Hand wash with mild soap. Do not immerse in water or sterilize with heat. Air dry. The wooden pieces can be hydrated with a natural oil such as organic coconut oil.
